We have Restaurants available for both arriving and departing passengers.

How do I transfer between terminals?
Transfer desks are located at strategic points of the airports; Kindly consult with airline or airport ground staff immediately you land for directions.
I have metal implants. Do I need to make any special arrangements to go through security?
Kindly inform our friendly security officers present at the screening points before screening begins.
I have restricted mobility (persons living with disability). How do I arrange assistance?
Most airlines provide accommodations to persons with disabilities who have difficulty walking through the airport—usually in the form of a wheelchair and wheelchair attendant. Please inform your respective airline or sales agent while booking your ticket.
I lost something. Where is the lost and found at the Airport?
If you have lost something during your stay at JKIA, stay calm and find help at the Lost and Found Office at the airport. You can also seek help from Customer Service officials stationed at strategic points of the airport. For items lost while in the aircraft, please contact the airline representative.
My luggage did not arrive with my flight. What do I do?
Kindly ensure to inform the airline representative to follow up upon arrival.
What are the luggage restrictions when flying through the airport?
Kindly refer to the respective airline. Other guidelines have been published on the security and baggage page of this website.
If I have done online check in, how do I check in my bags?
Most of airlines have a baggage drop counter at the check in area where the bags are weighed and tagged as checked in luggage.

We have a Burgundy smoking lounge at gate 6.
Is there a place where I my child can play as we wait to board the next flight?
Yes, we have a children’s play room at gate 11.
Are there any Foreign exchange bureaus at the arrivals and departure areas?
Yes, we have Forex bureaus are located strategically and at various points of our airport’s arrival and departure terminals.
Is there public transport from the airport to the City?
Yes, we have public transport available at the airport at affordable and regulated rates.
Can I get a tax refund at the airport on departure?
Tax refund is not available at the airport.
